My Sweet Little Boy
My son Cedric is 13 months old and at the 2nd week of January he turns 14 months old. It is so great when I wake up in the morning my baby Cedric flashing his smile on me and saying mommy and Dada. That’s make me feel so good and start my day so bright and shine. My baby Cedric grows so fast, healthy and strong. He is so sweet, huggable and kissable baby boy. It has seems just yesterday I gave birth to him suddenly he is big boy, run around in the house and talk with his Dad and mom’s. He loved to open the drawers and cabinets, making mess mom’s and dad’s things and he loved to jump and walk on the sofa when Dad and mom’s watching movies and TV shows and play in front, he is just so proud of his self that he can do this and that! He imitates what mom, Dad saying, and doing. He is clever boy lovable and so sweet. I am so grateful his part of our life and thankful to God that he gave me a lovable son. He is not crying baby, easy to be with and deal. Nyay. I love my sweet baby boy.

My Baby Now is Rolling
When placed on his stomach, my baby will lift her head and shoulders high, using his arms for support. This mini push-up helps strengthen his muscles and gives his a better view of what is going on. He amaze me (and himself!) by rolling from her back to her front, or vice versa.
He keeps rolling he enjoyed rolling, he laughed and smile when he rolls.
Huh! My baby is so strong! Next month he will be 4 months old. Yay! Soon he can start crawling! I am so excited to see him crawling!

Into complex designs
At this point, your baby will begin to move beyond his early preferences for bright or two-toned objects toward more detailed and complicated designs, colors, and shapes. Show your baby — and let him touch — a wider variety of objects. Good choices include plastic cookie cutters, soft balls, and stuffed animals.
Hear ye, hear ye
Your baby can differentiate familiar voices from other sounds and is becoming a better listener. He also can show you that he's in tune with his environment. Notice how he looks to see where certain noises are coming from.An ongoing conversation (although still one-sided!) can help your baby develop his sense of place. He may even watch your mouth as you talk, fascinated by how it all works.Note: If you have any doubt about your baby's hearing, don't hesitate to mention your concerns to your healthcare provider. Even though your baby's hearing may have already been tested, new problems can arise.
A helping hand
The chaotic first months are over and your baby's schedule is probably becoming more predictable. If you and your partner are raising your baby, it's important for both of you to get a chance to care for and bond with your baby. Make sure whichever one of you is not the primary caretaker gets regular time alone with your little one, for bathing him, changing him, and just getting tuned into his needs. If you're a single parent, try to find another adult, such as a grandparent or an aunt, to spend time with your baby. This will give your child an opportunity to bond with other loving adults, and give you a welcome break from the hard work of being a parent to a young child.
Remember, your baby is an individual
All babies are unique and meet milestones at their own pace. Developmental guidelines simply show what your baby has the potential to accomplish — if not right now, then soon. If your baby was premature, keep in mind that kids born early usually need a bit more time to meet their milestones. If you have any questions at all about your baby's development, ask your healthcare provider.
Taking care of yourself after giving birth thru Cesarean Operation
All new parents can benefit from assistance at home after childbirth, but for a woman who has had a cesarean birth such help is essential for at least the first week. Not only are you undergoing a transformation to a nonpregnant state and learning to care for your new baby, you are recovering from major surgery. Adequate help, allowing you to rest often during the day, can make a great difference in how quickly you feel strong and well. Taking care of yourself and your baby should be your only duties until you feel ready to take on more.
I as am delivered my child thru Cesarean these activity restrictions are usually recommended as what the midwife and doctor said are as follows.
Limit stair climbing as much as possible.
Don't lift anything heavier than your baby for the first two weeks.
Ask your mate or a friend to do laundry, vacuuming, and other tasks that require bending, lifting, or pushing for at least the first few weeks after birth. Then resume such work gradually.
Do not drive a car for the first two weeks.
Take showers instead of tub baths until the incision is completely healed and dry.
Ask your doctor or midwife for specific instructions on the care of your incision.
