Christmas is coming

Christmas is all about love, giving gifts someone special in our lives, friends, family & relatives that make us remembering someone special of us. There are many parties, fine foods prepared & christmas lights & decors hanging everywhere on the streets, malls or at inside your house that made our eyes excitement that every blink or colors of christmas lights.

Kids or Us excited giving gifts and recieving gifts.

I am again busy looking at the websites for gifts of my kids, for my friends, for my inlaws & relatives for christmas gifts.

As of my busy days work and taking care of my kids I say that I am excited that month of  December Christmas coming so soon....So excited to be together with family, friends and relatives celebrating this Christmas season.

The picture that I shared are works of Children 4 and half years to 6 years old, where I've work as a Children leader. The material I used are old magazines. Next time I post some more photos of my childrens workarts.

My Digital Photo Frame

I got a digital photo frame from my beloved Santa this Christmas. I loved it….this my wish last summer and at last at Christmas day I received it.

Why I love the gift from my Santa? It is cool and stylish Digital Photo Frame I can play music, videos and photo slideshows see how so cool? It is a high-tech version of a picture frame where you can display your collection photos, videos and with music, with quick, touch border and easy to use just a touch and a slide of your finger on the border. Transfering the photos, videos and music is so easy and quick just using SD card. To make fit to my home decor I can choose cranberry red and silver colors border frame, sound good, right?
Is now hanging on our wall in living room and playing music and videos. Oh yay, I love it.

Christmas Wish List

Christmas day is getting closer and let us celebrates a time of love. I knew that every one of us has a Christmas wish. So what are your Christmas wish lists this year? Tell me I tell you mine… (smile). Quite expensive Christmas wish list I have this Christmas 2008. These are my 5 Christmas wish list 2008.

Second flight ticket back to Philippines as until now we did not book our flight to Philippines for vacation next year.

Visitors From Brazil

Weekend was quite busy; my husband had a hard cough and fever a little bit. He pitched our visitors in railway station and bought them to Gurten panoramic view in Bern in our place. They are from Brazil but few weeks ago they have been to Rome Italy, one of them is a classmate of my husband in Australia in English class. They came in our place just for a Holiday just few days and visit us too.
My son and I just stayed at home and waited them an hours. At night we prepared food a Raclette, which was our dinner. That was the 1st time of our visitors tried out the Raclette food which is the specialty (traditional dish) of Swiss people.

Raclette this is easy to prepare than Fondue (special for Swiss people too). Raclette is a type of cheese that prepared with boiled or roasted potatoes, with small gherkin and onions. The grill heats in small pans in which each guest melts the cheese with vegetables and other toppings of his or her choice and grill on tops which for cooking sausages or bacon and other savouries that you wish to slather with cheese.

The dessert, Ice cream on top with different fruit like strawberry which I served to them.

The night was full of chit chat, different topic we talked about and at the end we took photo together with them, even my baby was on the bed, I awake him to be with us on the photo session (what a silly mommy, sorry baby). We received also a gift from them! What a sweet friends? Never forget bringing a gift for us from Brazil. I received a cute bag colour pink; my husband received a T-shirt (for summer) painted Brazilian name and flag and our baby received a cute a pair t-shirt and short for summer outfit too! and also he pacoquita roasted peanut and Pingo de Leite chocolate from Brazil snacks food. We had also a gift for them cute cup milk made in Switzerland which is so funny, the cow inside of the cup milk which they like it!

Thank you so much Tatiane for this beautiful gifts. We feel so special by your thoughtfulness and sweetness to us. I warm you thank you very much for these amazing gifts.

In Rose Garden Bern and Dinner In Italian Restaurant

Yesterday we were in Rosengarten (Rose Garden in english). We had a little bit sun and a little bit walked in there. I thought is not so cold, so I wore not so thick jacket, when we were there, I felt so cold, I was freezing but it was good there is an old man selling some food and one of that warm drinks like teas. We had Yogi Tea and a little bit cookies. I thanks there is someone selling foods and warm drinks.

Rose Garden this is a little bit big park with over 200 varities of roses and hundreds of other flowers from around the globe. It is so nice to walk in there during the season of spring and summer, you feel like you are in paradise. In this place where you can see also the best views of the old town round of Bern, City which the River Aare flows. On clear days the view of the Alps is stunning. That’s why we always visit this place.

At the evening we were in National Restaurant La Favorita (Italian) which we ordered 2 kinds of soup which are tomato with crème for my husband and mine was bread with egg yolk at the top. The main menu we had vegetarian pizzas! It was great food. Our day of Valentines was pretty good.
