Easy and Simple to make Suman Malagkit Budbud Bisaya Style

I love cooking, menus, but baking I am not fan for this. This is not new for this kind of desserts, the Suman Malagkit Budbud Bisaya. As I was a little kid until I was Teenager my mother love to cook this kind of snack or desserts. This an originating Philippines desserts or snack a Suman Malagkit Budbud in Bisaya. Is made of Glotinous rice, a bit of Salt and Sugar wrapped in the Banana Leaves.

Last Thursday I did it, I tried to bake this SUMAN Malagkit in Bisaya Style.

Last Sunday it was windy and rainy weather, so i made Pandesal, a classic filipino bread. I was happy of the result, the textures was soft and good taste.
